Miko is an outstanding Jew .Let me say that again ,outstanding ,because he knows what the country he was born in and how they relate to their Palestinian neighbors . I often wonder why
there is so much hate on the part of the Israelis because they were given land to migrate to after war ,part of Palestine .It was not enough ? For an oppressed people ,who had suffered at the hands of the Nazis , could they not find it their hearts to live peacefully with the
Palestinians ? They did before the Zionist movement was cultivated and instituted . The military boot has been on the Palestinian necks ever since .
And people are surprised because they resist .What is so hard to understand .”Walk a mile in my shoes” applies so well .
And how do you propose to do this? A peaceful settlement is only possible if the state of Palestine is created. But the US and Israel are against this. In addition, the Palestinians do not want to create a state, and among them there is no one who would lead the Palestinians and create a state. Hamas will not do this. Why would they create a state if they are only interested in money? They are given money every year by the UN, Israel, and Arab states. They live on handouts and are happy with everything.
First of all, it is necessary to create a state. And only then solve other problems, including mutual hatred and endless claims.
