The death rattle of American domination

Palestinians are agents of history in “Israel’s” war of attrition, and they are refusing to abide by their occupier’s terms.

By Roqayah Chams

At the height of the US-backed 2006 July War, the Bush administration was embroiled in its mendacious fable of democracy-building in Iraq and Afghanistan. The American military project had engulfed the region, and with it came a triad of parasitic influence: economic, political, and cultural.

As for Lebanon, the July War would further unmask the United States’ “Greater Middle East” project, with “Israel” acting as geostrategic enforcer and watchdog of the predatory American order. It is then, amidst the unimaginable ruin and desecration, that Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice would declare that “What we’re seeing here is, in a sense, the growing—the birth pangs of a new Middle East, and whatever we do, we have to be certain that we’re pushing forward to the new Middle East.”

In collusion with the United States, “Israel” would sow death in Lebanon; invoking a policy of open impunity, then-Minister of Interior Eli Yishai demanded the South be “turned into a sandbox”—and that is where a 2,000 lb, US-made MK-84 guided munition would turn the southern village of Qana – where Jesus performed his first miracle by turning water into wine at the wedding feast of Qana (John 2:1-11) – into a scene of bombing and blood. Gaza is now the stage of a thousand Qanas, sanctified by American weaponry.

Dutifully urged on by the Biden administration, “Israel” tightened its noose around the Gazan “ghetto” after the events of October 7— depriving its inhabitants of food and water, even extending its violence into the West Bank where thousands of men, women, and children have been kidnapped and disappeared behind Israeli prison doors.

Maha Hussaini, the director of Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, described death as being “closer than water” in Gaza. Palestinians in besieged Gaza have endured their pain for over one month, where they sift through the rubble, bare-handed, in search of their children, their fathers, their mothers; those who are intact, those who are fragments, and those who cling on, miraculously, beneath cement blocks.

In Jabalia, Gaza’s largest, and most densely populated refugee camp, “Israel’s” bombing campaigns pursued every sign of life in order to inflict the most pain: “The emphasis is on damage and not on accuracy,” Israeli Occupation Forces official Daniel Hagari said. In the aftermath, children’s corpses were raised to the sky, the fruits of “Israel’s” cowardly barbarism and the Biden administration’s unwavering support. And so, Palestinians in Gaza now face the Israeli entity like Hussain in Karbala. “After 13 heavy days, God blessed us,” wrote Huda, “[we] found the bodies of my father, mother, sister-in-law, and nephew.” On one street, a father carries the remains of his children in separate bags, on another a mother cries out that her children died hungry, and among the ruins that surround their Merkava tanks, Israeli soldiers dance on their graves.

In Gaza, the propaganda that has long guarded the shared extermination, neocolonial doctrine of both “Israel” and the United States has come apart, thread by thread. Habituated to the contemptible Western mélange of credulity and media indulgence, “Israel” can no longer control the narrative over their initial blitzkrieg, nor the wider occupation—not even with the craven intervention of the Biden administration. In glaring contrast, as a feeble looking Biden delivered his rare address to the nation, declaring that the United States “holds the world together”, Palestinians wrapped their children in white shrouds and presented them to the world in fields of mud, debris, and blood with resolution in their eyes. Not even “Israel’s” campaign of targeted assassinations of Gaza’s journalists and their families could prevent the nakedness of its savagery from being made manifest. Here, before the world, the Israelis are abiding by ritual and “mowing the grass” in Gaza, but Palestinians will not kneel.

In spite of their confidence, the Biden administration and “Israel” have miscalculated the impenetrability of their public relations campaign, which clothes itself in doublespeak and chilling euphemisms for mass slaughter. The invocation of the meekness of “Israel” and its “right to self-defense” had all but stifled any reference to Palestinian self-determination—but now, Gaza has become a siren call for the global rank and file, who continue to disrupt and bring cities to a standstill. And on their lips is not just Gaza but “Palestine”. The administrative pomp and circumstance masking “Israel’s” obscene occupation is crumbling.

Palestinians are agents of history in “Israel’s” war of attrition, and they are refusing to abide by their occupier’s terms; instead, they are consciously aware that history will absolve them and their Resistance. The United States’ colonial outpost cannot hold, nor can it continue the slow genocide of the Palestinians without a price. Editorial sympathy for the Israeli worldview is being challenged by a new generation which will not abide by the Zionist adage that “the old will die and the young will forget”. For every Qana, there is a Bint Jbeil; for every Jabalia, there is a Beit Hanoun. For every death, new life will emerge, more resolute than the last. Despite what has unfolded, Gaza still stands. The “Middle East” of the American imagination—of domination, fealty, and Arab humiliation—has fallen, and a new, more defiant region has risen in its place. Long live the new world.

Israel has lost whatever credibility it once had here among the people of the U.S. It is nothing more than a murderous hegemon, inflicting step-by-step, bomb by bomb genocide on the indigenous people of Palestine, a country stolen from them by the Israelis. But of course that is the nature of settler colonialism, much like what Europeans imposed over centuries on the Native American tribes. The world would do well to rid itself of support for settler colonialism.

You don’t understand. The US Jewish community via the US Jewish Lobby will continue to support the Israeli Jews, forcing the US government to give unconditional political and military support to the fascist state. The Lobby will also ensure that the US right wing Christians and the general US population also give their ungodly support for the fascist state. What would stop it?

Pogroms? I don’t think so. Pogroms are perpetrated by nutjobs, who will be defeated by the broader society. In a free, open society, the Jewish Tribe will reign supreme, unchallenged. But the utility of pogroms will be to enforce the brainwashed status, as Jewish leaders declare, “See, they hate us because we’re Jews,” and so reinforce all that went before.

There’s no way out of this. We all must resign to the fact that the Jewish Tribe is unstoppable and destined to fill its destiny; i.e., to rule the Western world.

Not quite so Sam, please follow the current state of the conflict from reliable sources. The supporting front by several countries even directly attacking Israel, or providing weapons and funds for its use to erase the Zionist Entity from the map is growing and will not stop. If Iran decides to enter the fight directly, Israel will disappear from the map without doubt and the US will have to resort to WWIII to stop this process already at work.

Justice will prevail. The cocky Zionist will be economically reduced to dust. Anyone can see the global wave about to drown the promised land. The Turks will lead the charge, followed by most of the billion Muslims.

Turks will lead the charge? I disagree. They are zombified western slaves still harbouring hope of entering the EU of which they so desperately want to the part of. They don’t want to upset the EU masters too much by actually fighting alongside the poor Palestinians. As Scott Ritter said after the OIC b.s. meeting, – Muslims ,or all those attendees value money more than blood. To them the Palestinians mean nothing. The Muslims will be better off being ruled by non Muslim rulers in the mould of people like Ritter, Paul Larudee, Paul Craig Roberts, Scott Bennett, Roger waters, Richard Falk, those brave officials who resigned from Biden’s cabinet, and many others. Muslim rulers are vile, traitors who have no clue about anything besides feeding their fat egos and bellies

I agree wholeheartedly. However, the Jews are careful and doing everything to shift the blame of the “Israelis”. You hear and you read many people are using the “Israelis” not the Jews, which is propaganda to deflect attention away from the Jews. The Jews are the main perpetrators of the war and Palestinian children.
Have you noticed that all Palestinian prisoners and hostages released so far in hostage exchanges by the Israeli regime are women and children. Women and children! Why were they even in detention in the first place? What sort of Fascist-Jewish regime does that? (Finian Cunningham).

Say anything, you like about the Nazis, but the Nazis never bombed refugee camps, schools and hospitals full of Jewish children. Jews are enjoying it every day, murdering Palestinian children en masse. October 2023, more than 17000 innocent Palestinian civilians, including 6500 children, have been needlessly killed. A Palestinian child/baby is dying every ten minutes, slowly and agonizingly beneath the rubble of what used to be her home, hardly matters to Western politicians/Congressmen and their Zionist media. The Jews have turned Gaza hospitals into mass grave graveyards. It does not make sense and you cannot win war by killing women and children unless the aim is Genocide, a real holocaust.
James Elder, spokesperson for UNICEF said: the world “cannot see more children with the wounds of war, with the burns, with the shrapnel littering their body, with the broken bones. This is a war on children.” One million Jews are not worth a Palestinian baby fingernail.

Its not ‘the Jewish tribe’, but a zealot sect of Judaic throwbacks instigated by Puritan Protestant literalist reading of the old testament vendetta theology of ‘an eye for an eye’ tribal war-cults, which fitted nicely with British imperial narcissistic 16th century white supremacism.
This festered away on back burners over several centuries until Herzl revived it and injected it into 19th century nationalist reaction against imperial totalitarianisms married to pseudo-scientific race theory of a heirarchy based on the superficial dermal pigmentation of its deluded practitioners.
The whole package proved useful to driving the fascisms of the 20th century as the Great Game mutated into today’s global order of ‘disrupt, contain, extract’ indU$tria£is€d pi££age idiocy.
European antisemitism included Jews, but also Arabs, Africans and natives of all other ’empty quarters’ where resources might be found for habituated claim-jumpers of the human commonwealth. The ‘mere Irish’ were early subjects of this put-down technique of self-elevation on the backs of the less militarily inclined. The idiocy of war glorification and fratricidal ‘heroism’ has served to hypnotise adolescent testerone-addicts since before Sparta developed its blueprint for the modern versions of Aries/Mars worship.
Its a pre-tribal simian primitivism to which all are instinctively drawn as a means of externalising our savage inclinations to dominate for ego-identification over the larger inclusive human identity.

US will unconditionally support Israel as they are controlled by the Jewish community.
American military also slaughtered innocent people in Iraq. So therefore for them it’s not disgraceful.

Not gonna call names or throw insinuations around. But, am I the only one that thinks its ludicrous to tell people with murderous intent to genocide innocent people to be more careful in targeting them, while at the same time providing the bombs and bullets their using to do it. Maybe, its just me, but that seems a little insincere as the whole world watches genocide unfold in living color.

Indeed is a toxic brew impossible to digest, really disgusting to see how far these monsters will go to manipulate and control public opinion. Obscene as I see it.

“…..children’s corpses were raised to the sky, the fruits of “Israel’s” cowardly barbarism and the Biden administration’s unwavering support…..”
At last after all these decades the fact of the cowardly barbarism of the Israeli Zionists and Mafia like support of the psychopathic American Neocon Jews are laid bare for the whole world to see. This is in spite of the Zionists American Orwellian grip on the western media . In fact that media is another casualty of its trying to smooth out the worst of the cowardly barbarians mass murder. A great advance over a shocking large pile of children’s corpses and those of their mothers and fathers.
